The deputy continued to assert that the final price of housing is formed from all related expenses.
The Deputy Minister clarified that the salary of 500,000 soms is not paid every month, but only in the case of an order.
Sulaymanov noted that it is necessary to more clearly explain to the public that such an amount is paid not for one month, but for the entire project, which can last up to six months.
These discussions became part of the hearing on the policy of price formation for services and works of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as on the rise in prices in the construction sector.
