In January–November 2025, Kyrgyzstan increased banana imports from Ecuador by 4%

- In January-November 2025, Kyrgyzstan increased its banana imports from Ecuador by 4%, according to information provided by the National Statistical Committee.

During the first 11 months of the current year, the country imported 30,000 tons of bananas, with a total value of $23.7 million. This is 4% more than in the same period of 2024, when 29,000 tons were imported for $20 million.

Ecuador remains the main supplier of bananas for Kyrgyzstan. The table below presents data on banana supplies from different countries:
