In January–October 2025, Kyrgyzstan increased banana imports by 11%

- According to information from the National Statistical Committee, from January to October 2025, Kyrgyzstan increased its banana import volume by 11%.

In the first ten months of the current year, 33 thousand tons of bananas were imported into the country, amounting to $26 million. This is an 11% increase compared to the same period in 2024, when imports totaled 29 thousand tons worth $21 million.
