As of the end of 2025, the State Customs Service of Kyrgyzstan recorded a collection of 157.4 billion soms. This information was announced at a meeting of the Customs Service Board with the participation of the Prime Minister.

Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev noted that these figures show significant growth: while customs revenues amounted to 28 billion soms in 2020, they increased almost sixfold by 2025.

The head of the government emphasized that the implementation of the digital platform "Smart Customs" has been a key factor contributing to such high results. He noted that timely digitization has allowed for the avoidance of significant gaps in the operation of the customs system.

Adylbek Kasymaliev also pointed out that customs payments account for more than a quarter of the country's budget revenues. At the same time, the workload on Customs Service employees has significantly increased in recent years.

"In 2021, 113 thousand declarations were processed, while in 2025 this figure exceeded 873 thousand. Such growth has been made possible by the automation of processes, digitization, and the reduction of the human factor," noted Kasymaliev.

He added that the use of analytical methods and risk management in law enforcement has allowed for more accurate identification of violations of legislation.

Kasymaliev also reported that in 2026, the agency plans to ensure the achievement of projected collections amounting to 142.6 billion soms.
