According to the department, this decision confirms that the control and certification system in Kyrgyzstan meets the standards of the European Union.
The ministry emphasized that this opens new opportunities for domestic honey producers, allowing them to expand their market and enhance the competitiveness of their products on the international stage.
Previously, attempts were made to enter the European market; however, due to strict certification requirements, the export of Kyrgyz honey was complicated.
The Ministry of Agriculture also announced plans to continue working on expanding the list of domestic goods that can be allowed into the European Union market.
