Chyngyz Bapaev, the district akim, expressed dissatisfaction with the insufficient activity of the leaders of the ayil okmotu regarding the replenishment of local budgets and tax collection.
He emphasized: “Work should not be limited to the simple distribution of received funds. It is necessary to actively seek new sources of financing and respond to modern challenges. If you show initiative, you will be able to discover significant resources that are currently going unnoticed,” noted Bapaev.
He also pointed out the lack of in-depth analysis in assessing the level of poverty in the region.
According to the akim, specialists from the district statistics department also do not demonstrate sufficient activity in this area.
