The construction of the residential complex "Victoria" is being delayed due to a lack of financial resources, which has led to a setback in the schedule for OsOO "Vision Group".
“Currently, the department has established a special commission that is conducting an audit of the company's charter capital, the quality of construction work at the sites, and its overall activities,” Suerkulov added.
The Ministry has set a deadline until June to rectify all identified deficiencies and complete the construction of the facility.
Based on the results of the audit, the commission will prepare materials for submission to law enforcement agencies to assess the legality of the company's actions.

OsOO "Vision Group" was registered in 2015, according to the Ministry of Justice. The company is led by Momoshov Arslan Kubatbekovich, and among the founders are Koldoshov Baktyyar Kamchyievich, Kuttubai uulu Kainazar, and Momoshov Arslan Kubatbekovich himself.
