At a meeting organized by the department director Ernazarbek Suerkulov, complaints from shareholders dissatisfied with the company's performance were discussed. The event was also attended by the head of "Vision Group," Arslan Momoshev, and department inspectors.
During the discussions, representatives of the developer noted that the delay is related to a lack of financial resources, which raises concerns among citizens who purchased apartments.
In response to the situation, a special commission has been established to check the authorized capital of "Vision Group," the quality of the construction work being carried out, and the overall activities of the company.
The department has set a deadline until June to rectify all violations and complete the construction of the facility.
The results of the inspection and the conclusions of the commission will be sent to law enforcement agencies for further legal assessment of the developer's activities.
OsOO "Vision Group" was founded in 2015 and actively operates in the real estate market of Kyrgyzstan, particularly in the cities of Osh and Jalal-Abad. The company's main specialization lies in the construction of both residential and commercial properties, including apartment buildings and residential complexes of various classes.
Among the projects being implemented, the residential complex "Victoria" in Osh, as well as "Vision Residence," Life Park, "Sputnik," "Frunzensky," "Malina Life," "Tomiris," and others can be highlighted. Some of these facilities have already been put into operation, while others are still under construction.

In recent years, the company's shareholders have repeatedly expressed dissatisfaction regarding delays in the delivery of housing and difficulties in obtaining the necessary documents for the apartments. Earlier, some deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh raised concerns that the developer's activities could negatively impact the lives of about a thousand people.
