At a recent meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, the draft law "On Amendments to the Code on Non-Tax Revenues" was supported. This information was announced by Ruslan Suynaliev, Deputy Minister of Finance.
As the authors of the initiative clarify, the main goal of the draft law is to modernize the system for repaying state loans. In particular, it is proposed to introduce new payment options, including terminals, ATMs, and online services, which should simplify the process for borrowers.
