According to Tumonbaev, the population associates the high salaries of the Ministry of Construction employees with the rising housing prices, and such amounts burden citizens who are purchasing real estate.
The deputy proposed to discuss this issue in detail at the meeting of the relevant committee and then bring it to the plenary session of the Jogorku Kenesh.
He also reminded about the modest salaries of medical workers and educators, noting: "When people hope for a salary increase to 40,000-50,000 soms, it is unacceptable for someone to boast about earning 500,000 soms."
