The tax service draws attention to serious consequences for violations in document flow

In the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Tax Service has discovered cases where electronic invoices are issued without actual economic transactions taking place. These violations are identified through data analysis using a risk-oriented approach and modern information technologies.

Representatives of the STS reported that some taxpayers deliberately distort tax reporting by creating fictitious electronic invoices to generate non-existent expenses and unlawfully reduce their tax liabilities.

The tax service emphasizes that the issuance of electronic invoices is only possible in the presence of real economic operations and confirmed movement of goods, services, or works.

Such actions are considered serious violations of tax legislation and may result in penalties provided by law. The STS warns that any attempts to involve electronic invoices in schemes of fictitious document flow will be detected and suppressed.

The tax service urges entrepreneurs to refrain from illegal practices and operate within the law, reminding them that serious sanctions are provided for such violations, which can lead to significant financial losses.
