The Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan reveals cases of issuing electronic invoices without real economic transactions

The State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic is actively identifying cases of issuing electronic invoices without real economic transactions.

The detection of such violations is carried out through a risk-oriented approach, as well as by using modern digital technologies and information systems.

Some unscrupulous taxpayers intentionally distort tax data by creating fictitious electronic invoices to generate imaginary expenses and unlawfully reduce their tax liabilities.

These actions constitute a serious violation of tax legislation in the Kyrgyz Republic and may lead to penalties established by law.

It is important to note that the issuance of electronic invoices is permitted only in the presence of real economic activity, as well as confirmed actual movement of goods, services, or works.

It should be emphasized that any attempts to use electronic invoices in schemes of fictitious documentation will be strictly suppressed and identified.

The State Tax Service strongly urges such taxpayers to cease illegal activities and engage in honest business practices, as the sanctions provided by law can be severe and unavoidable. Such schemes will be uncovered sooner or later, leading to significant financial losses.

The work to identify and suppress these violations by the tax service will continue and be intensified. All cases of fictitious issuance of electronic invoices will be subject to appropriate legal assessment.
