Kyrgyzstan Takes Second Place in EAEU for Growth in Housing Commissioning

According to the latest data, from January to November 2025, 115 million 158.7 thousand square meters of housing were put into operation in the EAEU countries. This information was obtained from an analysis by the Eurasian Economic Commission.

The total housing commissioning in the EAEU showed a decrease of 0.3% compared to the same period in 2024. However, Armenia saw an increase of 73.2%, Kyrgyzstan — 31.4%, Belarus — 7.8%, and Kazakhstan — 3.9%.

In Armenia, 1 million 608.6 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, in Kyrgyzstan — 1 million 491.4 thousand square meters, in Belarus — 3 million 561.7 thousand square meters, in Kazakhstan — 16 million 949 thousand square meters, and in Russia — 91 million 548 thousand square meters.
