This growth in Kyrgyzstan has become one of the most significant among the Union countries: only Armenia recorded a higher rate (+73.2%). For comparison, in Belarus, the volume of housing put into operation increased by 7.8%, in Kazakhstan by 3.9%, while in Russia there was a decrease of 2.4%.
According to the EAEU, the total volume of housing put into operation from January to November 2025 amounted to 115 million 158.7 thousand square meters, which is 0.3% less than in the same period of 2024, mainly due to a decline in figures in Russia.
