According to him, patents are issued through a personal account, and the number 3,622 does not reflect the exact number of pawnshops in the country. Some patents were issued for a duration of one month, while others were for longer periods. Additionally, it should be taken into account that during the reporting period, some pawnshops ceased their operations.
Earlier, the chairman of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev, raised the issue of the need to conduct a complete inspection of all pawnshops in the country.
