The President emphasized the necessity of good faith activities by construction companies, highlighting the importance of transparency and honesty in their work. He noted that violations of obligations to citizens are unacceptable and provided examples of specific cases where companies did not comply with the legislation.
An important point of the meeting was the instruction from the head of state to the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, Nurdana Oruntaev, and the Mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, to hold such meetings regularly. This will help to promptly address emerging issues and prevent their accumulation.
Sadyr Japarov noted that construction must be an open and honest process, which in turn will increase citizens' trust in developers.
