A cadastral valuation specialist from the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, Aman Kebekov, noted in an interview on "Birinchi Radio" that it is premature to make forecasts about price increases or decreases in 2026.

He also pointed out that the rise in construction material prices will contribute to an increase in real estate prices.

“Most often, there is an increase in transactions and prices in the fall. This is related to the completion of agricultural work and the availability of free funds among people,” he added.
