In Bishkek, a memorandum was signed for the "Western Bypass Road" project

Yesterday, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed at the National Investment Agency, operating under the auspices of the president, as part of a public-private partnership project concerning the construction and operation of the "Western Bypass Road" in Bishkek. This information was published by the agency's press service. The document is intended to facilitate the implementation of a large-scale infrastructure project aimed at optimizing transport logistics in the capital and reducing the burden on existing roads.

The signatories of the memorandum represent various organizations, including the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Investment Agency, the Bishkek City Hall, JSC "Eldik Bank," LLC "Bat Jet," and the Chinese corporation "China National Heavy Machinery Corporation (CHMC)."

The purpose of this document is to create conditions for effective interaction between the parties and to coordinate their efforts in the implementation of the project. All participants confirmed their interest in developing a partnership based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, and transparency.

The "Western Bypass Road" project is viewed as a key step in the development of the capital's transport infrastructure, as well as an incentive for attracting foreign investment into the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
