According to him, investors are forced to simultaneously address issues related to the allocation and re-registration of land plots.
“For many years, they have been trying to deal with these problems. Are you currently working on simplifying these procedures and the issue of electricity buyback?” he addressed those present.
The deputy added that without support from government agencies, investors begin to seek "protection" to expedite the process.
“Is it really impossible to provide them with assistance right away, so they don’t have to seek support from outsiders?” Mamataliyev asked.
The Deputy Minister of Energy, Altynbek Rysbekov, replied that the draft law “On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Renewable Energy Sources” implies the simplification of several procedures.
At the time of the discussion, the draft law was at the stage of the first reading.
