In the Department of Agricultural Crop Expertise, an information system "Expertise" has been developed.
The Department of Agricultural Crop and Horticulture Expertise has launched an automated information system (AIS) called "Expertise," designed to provide state-paid services. This information was received from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The launch of this system represents a significant step towards improving the quality of public services and minimizing the impact of the human factor on the process.
With the AIS "Expertise," individuals and legal entities can now submit applications for field inspections, laboratory analyses for the certification of seed material of agricultural crops, as well as for testing new varieties imported into the country. This will eliminate the need for personal visits to regional offices and the submission of documents in paper format.
To submit an application, it is necessary to log into the "Expertise" system and select the appropriate direction for the application.
The following services are available in the main menu: field inspections, laboratory checks, and variety testing.
A representative of the department explained: "If you are engaged in seed production and want to conduct an inspection of seed crops, select the 'Field Inspection' section and submit your application. To check the sowing qualities of seeds, choose 'Laboratory Check,' and for state testing of new varieties — 'Variety Testing'."
It is important to note that all fields marked with an asterisk must be filled in the system, as well as providing a phone number and email address. Copies of the necessary documents should be attached to the application before submission.
Once the application is accepted, information about the payment amount for the provided state service will be automatically sent to the applicant's email. This is expected to speed up the application processing, save time, and create more convenient conditions for citizens.
