During a press conference at the "Kabar" agency, Malik-Aidar Abakirov, the chairman of the board of OJSC "Guarantee Fund," announced amendments to the legislation that allow both citizens and entrepreneurs to receive guarantees.
He noted that two years ago, the fund began providing guarantees for individuals to assist them in obtaining mortgage loans.
“Many citizens face the problem of finding a down payment. To address this issue, they can contact the fund through banks and receive a guarantee that is provided automatically,” Abakirov added.
According to him, in 2025, the total amount of guarantees issued by the fund reached 4.1 billion soms, which corresponds to nearly 13.7 billion soms in loans.
As part of the mortgage product "Kelechek," which offers the possibility of obtaining a mortgage without a down payment, 105 guarantees were issued for a total of 127.6 million soms, with a loan volume of 512 million soms.
The "Unaa" product, designed for car loans without a down payment, provided 154 guarantees for 67.1 million soms, with a total loan volume of 261.8 million soms.
Additionally, under the portfolio guarantee "Yldam," 158 guarantees were issued for a total of 91 million soms, with a loan volume of 414.4 million soms.
