This event was held on January 15 at the State Uzbek Academic Musical Drama Theater named after Babur, aimed at supporting the agricultural sector and enhancing knowledge among farmers.
The fair was organized as part of the project "Partnership in Irrigation in the Fergana Valley" and gathered participants, including the first deputy representative of the president in the Osh region, Iliya Tashbaev, as well as entrepreneurs and farmers.
Iliya Tashbaev emphasized that this event is not just an exhibition, but an important platform for exchanging experiences, deepening knowledge, and identifying new opportunities for agricultural development.
The main objective of the "Agro Caravan - 2026" fair is to familiarize farmers with modern irrigation technologies, provide information about available financial products, and facilitate direct connections between producers, financial institutions, consultants, and companies.
As of 2025, modern irrigation systems have already been implemented in the region over an area of more than 400 hectares, and by 2026, it is planned to increase this area to 600 hectares.
