The Antimonopoly Service Returned More Than 5 Million Soms to Consumers After Complaints
Imankulov reported that the agency received more than 700 applications from consumers across the country, during which over 5,000 inspections were carried out. As a result of some of these inspections, violations were identified, such as discrepancies in prices between what is indicated on the shelves and at the cash register.
In connection with the identified violations, fines totaling 200,000 soms were imposed under the Code of Offenses, he added.
The Antimonopoly Service also reminded that citizens can submit complaints through various channels: in person, by phone, or electronically via the official website of the agency, which is accessible in every region.
