Today in Mongolia, a solo concert by the famous New Zealand band Mild Orange will take place, which has won the hearts of listeners around the world with its dreamy and melodic indie sound. This event is reported by MiddleAsianNews.

The Mongolian label "Baga Toirog" is organizing this event, which will allow fans to enjoy the band's "relaxing" melodies in the genres of indie dream pop and psychedelic rock.

The concert will take place in the Grand Hall of the "Ulaanbaatar" hotel on Friday, March 27, 2026.



Mild Orange is a band formed in 2016 in Dunedin, Otago, consisting of four friends: Josh Mehrtens (vocals, lyrics, guitar, production, mixing, artwork), Josh Reid (lead guitar), Tom Kelk (bass guitar), and Jack Ferguson (drums), who met at the University of Otago.

The band Mild Orange has released four albums. Their debut album, "Foreplay," was released in April 2018 and received warm reviews from critics. The single "Some Feeling" has garnered over 27 million views on YouTube. The second album, named after the band, was released on May 29, 2020, and also received positive feedback. The music video for the single "Freak In Me," released on March 12, 2020, has accumulated over 6.7 million views. The band's third album, "Looking For Space," was released in early 2022, and the album "The//Glow" came out in August 2025.
