The Hilton company has officially announced the signing of an agreement with the Conrad Ulaanbaatar hotel, marking a significant event for the brand as this will be the first Hilton hotel in Mongolia. The opening is scheduled for 2028. The property, featuring 227 rooms, will be located in the multifunctional Ulaanbaatar Eco Tower complex, situated in the city's central business district, and will be managed by Hilton. The opening of the new hotel is aimed at enhancing Ulaanbaatar's appeal as a destination for foreign tourists seeking a luxurious getaway. Located near famous attractions such as Sükhbaatar Square and the National Art Gallery, Conrad Ulaanbaatar will offer four restaurants, conference halls totaling approximately 1800 square meters, and a full range of wellness services.

The President of Eco Construction LLC, Nyamdavaa Samdan, emphasized the significance of this project, highlighting the unique combination of adventure, nature, and culture in Mongolia. “With Hilton's global experience and our shared vision, Conrad Ulaanbaatar will offer unforgettable experiences that discerning guests from around the world will appreciate,” he added.

This agreement contributes to the expansion of the global Conrad portfolio, which includes around 100 properties across five continents. This project demonstrates Hilton's commitment to developing in cultural capitals where modernity and local traditions harmoniously coexist.
