On March 14, North Korea launched about ten ballistic missiles towards the Sea of Japan

According to South Korean military intelligence, "about ten unidentified ballistic missiles" were launched from the Sunan area in North Korea at 13:20 local time (04:20 GMT).

On the same day, Seoul also reported that Pyongyang fired at least one "unidentified projectile" towards the sea.

Japan confirmed information about the launch of an object that appears to be a ballistic missile.

Discussing the first launch, South Korean military officials stated that the projectile was aimed at the eastern coast, while Japanese authorities noted that it likely fell into the sea.
