According to the Iranian agency Fars, the wife of Ali Khamenei, Mansoureh Khojasteh, is still alive, despite earlier rumors of her death.
On March 12, Fars reported that the woman survived after earlier reports of her death due to a strike on the Supreme Leader's residence.
The publication clarifies that the initial reports of her death were incorrect.
In early March, media reported severe injuries to Khojasteh, who fell into a coma due to the strike on the residence in Tehran. Later, some sources announced her death.
It is worth noting that Ali Khamenei himself, as confirmed by Iranian state media, died on February 28 as a result of attacks by the United States and Israel on Iranian territory. According to available information, several members of his family also died during the same operation.
