The police detained a 30-year-old woman who is suspected of committing this crime. The motives for her actions have not yet been established, and the investigation is ongoing.
According to sources, the alleged weapon used in the shooting is an AR-type rifle. After the incident, the police tracked the suspect's vehicle using a helicopter, and ultimately stopped it in a shopping center parking lot, where the arrest took place.
