Trump called Iran a 'loser' after Tehran's apologies to its neighbors

On the morning of March 7, Pezeshkian announced the decision of Iran's interim leadership to cease attacks on neighboring countries. He apologized for previous strikes and assured that there would be no new attacks unless there were provocations from these countries.

Trump expressed the opinion that Iran has significantly weakened. He noted that Iran, which is "literally being beaten to a pulp," has now apologized and surrendered to its Middle Eastern neighbors, promising to stop shelling. The U.S. President believes that this promise is a result of constant pressure from the U.S. and Israel, who seek to control the situation in the region.

“This is the first time in many centuries that Iran has found itself at a loss against other Middle Eastern countries. They said, 'Thank you, President Trump,' to which I replied, 'You’re welcome!'" he wrote on his Truth Social account.

According to Trump, Iran has lost its status as the "main bully of the Middle East" and has now become the "loser of the region," and will remain so until it capitulates or, more likely, collapses.

He added that Iran "will suffer very severely," and territories previously not considered targets could be at risk of "total destruction and imminent demise."
