On Wednesday in Hanoi, the Chairman of the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam, Nguyen Van Quang, met with the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Mongolia, Ganzorig Damdin, who arrived in the country on an official visit.
Quang emphasized that the relations between the two countries continue to develop, noting the importance of judicial cooperation as one of the key factors strengthening mutual understanding and promoting the deepening of bilateral ties.
He expressed appreciation for the active and dynamic cooperation between the judicial systems of both countries in recent years and hoped that the visit of the Mongolian delegation and the results of the negotiations would serve as a basis for further strengthening interaction.
Speaking about the reform of the judicial system in Vietnam, Quang noted the successful holding of the 14th Party Congress, at which the priority of developing legal institutions and the judicial system was confirmed. Courts play a key role in ensuring justice and contribute to national development, he added.

During the negotiations, the directions for future cooperation were discussed, including the exchange of experiences at various levels, maintaining interaction in both in-person and online formats, as well as effectively implementing the signed memorandum.
The main areas included the exchange of experiences of specialized courts on intellectual property and bankruptcy, the development of mechanisms for handling cases in free trade zones and centers for high-quality investments, the establishment of electronic courts and digital management systems, as well as improving mechanisms for the recognition and enforcement of foreign court and arbitration decisions.
