The IAEA reported damage to buildings at the nuclear facility in Iran's Natanz

A satellite image shows a close-up of the nuclear facility in Natanz with new damage to buildings against the backdrop of the U.S.-Israeli conflict.
In the morning news on March 3, CNN reported, citing satellite images provided by the American company Vantor, that one large and two small buildings at the Iranian nuclear facility in Natanz were damaged as a result of attacks by the U.S. and Israel. These buildings were used as a service entrance to underground halls where equipment for uranium enrichment is located.

On February 28, the U.S. and Israel conducted a missile strike on Iranian targets. U.S. President Donald Trump noted that one of the goals of this operation was to stop Iran's nuclear and missile programs. The nuclear complex in Natanz is a key element of Iran's nuclear program, with an estimated cost of $2-3 trillion.
