
The Capital Markets Authority of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced a temporary suspension of operations for the stock exchanges in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, which will be in effect on March 2 and 3. This announcement was made in materials from Kazinform.
In accordance with current legislative norms and in order to fulfill its supervisory functions, the UAE Capital Markets Authority has notified of the closure of the two emirate markets: the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on the specified dates,” reports the Emirates News Agency.
