According to media reports, two Shahed-136 drones attacked the Camp de la Paix base, where coordinates confirming proximity to this military facility were recorded, according to OSINT analysts.

The UAE Ministry of Defense clarifies that the strike targeted a facility known as "Al-Salam" — this is the name the emirate authorities use in their official reports. As a result of the attack, two containers in the warehouse were damaged and a fire broke out; however, there were no casualties among the military personnel.

Witnesses reported seeing thick black smoke rising over the base area, and video footage of the aftermath of the strike quickly spread on social media, although some of it was later removed.

This incident occurred against the backdrop of a series of Iranian attacks using missiles and drones on targets in the region, which were a retaliatory response to strikes by the U.S. and Israel on Iranian territory. There have also been reports of attacks on facilities in countries such as Bahrain, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates.
