On the night of March 1, Dubai International Airport (DXB) became a target for an Iranian drone. Witnesses describe a growing panic among passengers.

People hurriedly left the building, abandoning their belongings, including suitcases. As a result of the strike, the airport's facade sustained partial damage, and glass shards and debris were scattered on the floor.

The airport staff immediately responded to the situation, sounding the alarm and beginning evacuation. Passengers moved in columns, trying to leave the building without delays.

According to preliminary reports, four people were injured as a result of the incident.

By the morning of March 1, the situation at the airport had returned to normal.

On February 28, Israel and the United States carried out strikes on Tehran and other targets in Iranian territory. U.S. President Donald Trump announced plans to eliminate Iran's nuclear program, urging the country's military to lay down their arms and citizens to "take their fate into their own hands."

According to the Iranian Red Crescent Society, these strikes resulted in the deaths of 201 people, with 747 injured. Earlier reports mentioned a tragedy in Minab, where 108 schoolgirls died. The Guardian emphasizes that this city is home to a base of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Israel and the U.S. have not yet commented on these events.

In response, Iran struck Israeli targets and U.S. military bases in the region. A state of emergency was declared in Israel, and Iran's retaliatory actions affected other countries in the Middle East.

The European Union expressed serious concern about the situation in the Middle East. The leaders of Germany, France, and the United Kingdom condemned the Iranian attacks and called for dialogue with Tehran.
