This year, the fair, organized by the administration of the capital's governor in collaboration with the Small and Medium Enterprises Support Center and the Department of Culture and Arts, took place in the popular shopping centers "Ikh Nayaad" and "Soyolzh Mall." About 1,000 entrepreneurs from 21 provinces and nine districts participated, offering 55,000 different products for sale at factory prices, without any costs for renting trade spaces.
Undarmaa Dashdaraa, head of the Small and Medium Enterprises Support Center and Services of Ulaanbaatar, noted that the achieved result slightly exceeds last year's figures (₮52.4 billion). She emphasized the importance of this program for supporting local producers and preserving income in the country's economy. In the future, the districts plan to continue this initiative by holding their own thematic fairs as part of the capital's promotional events.
The organizers noted that this event combined not only trade but also a cultural program, as well as attracting investments. Next year, a similar fair is planned to be repeated with the same support for small and developing enterprises.
