As a result of the shooting that occurred during a hockey match in Rhode Island, the number of casualties has risen to three, according to information provided by RIA Novosti.
The incident took place in Pawtucket, where a game between the school teams Coventry and Blackstone Valley was supposed to be held on the ice. Initially, two fatalities were reported, including the shooter, as well as four injured individuals who were taken to the hospital.
According to the television channel, one of the injured has died, while three others are in critical condition at the medical facility.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are not disclosing the reasons for the tragedy, and an investigation into the circumstances of the incident is ongoing.
