President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev
During the conversation, the presidents discussed the current state and future of Kazakh-Russian relations, emphasizing the importance of fulfilling previously reached agreements at the highest level. They positively assessed the efforts to deepen cultural and humanitarian ties and highlighted the need for further advancement of joint initiatives in the field of science and education.
In addition, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev once again invited Vladimir Putin to visit Kazakhstan on a state visit. During the conversation, there was also an exchange of views on international and regional issues.
It is worth noting that Tokayev had already visited Russia in November 2025, while Putin was in Kazakhstan in November 2023.
