According to the diplomat, this is a very positive sign, as it not only preserves the status of the Russian language in the country but also, apparently, gives it additional significance both within the CIS and on the international stage.
Borodavkin also reminded that the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, proposed to create an International Organization for the Russian Language. The diplomat noted that necessary activities are planned to be carried out in the coming months to launch this initiative.
