From February 17 to 19, Kazakhstan will be under the influence of a cyclone, which will cause precipitation, icy conditions, and strong winds with snowstorms, according to "Kazhydromet."
However, starting from February 18, an anticyclone will begin to move into the rear of the cyclone, leading to a decrease in precipitation in the northern regions of the country, while nighttime temperatures will drop to -18 to -23 degrees.
At the same time, the southern parts of the country, under the influence of a new cyclone, will enjoy warmth, with daytime temperatures rising to +15 to +20 degrees.
