China Baoli has signed a cooperation agreement aimed at demonstrating iron ore dry beneficiation technology in Mongolia.
China Baoli Technologies Holdings announced the establishment of a long-term strategic partnership with Top Skill Global to implement its patented dry grinding and beneficiation technology at one of the iron ore mines in Mongolia, which has reserves exceeding 80 million tons. This project will be the first commercial application of DGDB technology in the mining industry and is intended to serve as a model for further implementation at other mines.
Under the terms of the agreement, China Baoli will receive a license to process up to 1 million tons of iron ore per year and will become the exclusive agent for the sale of the resulting iron ore fines, as well as provide key equipment and technical support. In turn, Top Skill will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and managing all mining and processing operations at the mine, acting as a technology and marketing partner without direct operational risks.
China Baoli Technologies Holdings Limited is registered in Bermuda and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It specializes in dry grinding and mineral ore beneficiation technologies and is also engaged in the development of convergent media technologies. The DGDB technology developed by the company is focused on mining projects, allowing it to position itself as a technology provider in the resource processing sector rather than as a traditional operator in the mining industry.
