Lavrov: Russia has not received the 20-point peace plan for Ukraine

Sergey Lavrov
Lavrov noted that "at the moment they are demonstrating some document of 20 points, which has not been transmitted to us, neither officially nor unofficially. Some of its parts have leaked to the press," he added in an interview with the "Empathy Manuchi" project.

According to the minister, based on the agreements between the presidents of Russia and the USA, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, reached in Alaska, a peace settlement plan can be quickly agreed upon. At the same time, Lavrov pointed out that the document has been "reworked" several times.

The initial version of the peace plan for Ukraine consisted of 28 points, but later the number was reduced to 20. The special representative of the US president, Steve Whitcoff, noted that the work on the agreement is 90% complete. Nevertheless, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky emphasized that the issue of territorial borders remains open.
