Over the past week, Russia has carried out attacks on Ukraine using 116 missiles of various types, about 1200 guided bombs, and more than 2000 drones. This was reported by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in his statement on February 8.
Zelensky noted that the strikes targeted key facilities: energy infrastructure, logistics hubs, and residential areas. He also emphasized that these attacks continue amidst ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving the conflict.
Additionally, the President of Ukraine called on the international community for more active support for the country, particularly in the areas of air defense and military equipment, as well as for continued diplomatic pressure on Russia.
