Due to worsening weather conditions, blizzards, ice, strong winds, and zero visibility, Kazakhstan's Emergency Situations Ministry has rescued and evacuated 96 people, including 9 children, and 18 vehicles have been freed from snow drifts.
The Emergency Situations Ministry of Kazakhstan strongly advises citizens to exercise caution, monitor current storm warnings, and avoid long trips in poor weather conditions. Residents of rural areas are advised to refrain from long outdoor walks during adverse atmospheric conditions.
