Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the third meeting involving Ukraine, Russia, and the USA will take place in Abu Dhabi on February 4 and 5.

On February 1, Zelensky noted on social media: "We are ready for constructive dialogue and are interested in achieving a real and dignified end to the war."

So far, representatives from Russia and the USA have not made any comments. According to a TASS source, the date for the negotiations was agreed upon by the parties for the middle of the week.

It was planned that the new round of trilateral negotiations would take place on February 1 in Abu Dhabi. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, on January 28, clarifying: "Negotiations are scheduled for February 1. This is approximate, but we are counting on it" (quote from TASS).

Volodymyr Zelensky also expressed concerns on January 30 that due to the tension in relations between the USA and Iran, the meeting might be postponed to a later date and a different location.

The first round of negotiations between Ukraine, Russia, and the USA took place in a closed format in Abu Dhabi on January 23-24. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates reported that the delegations of Russia and Ukraine had the opportunity to interact directly.

Ukrainian representatives characterized the negotiations as "positive" and "constructive," while the Russian side noted that "one should not expect high effectiveness from these initial contacts."
