According to MiddleAsianNews, the exhibition "The Real Genghis Khan" officially opened on January 28, 2026, at the Mulva Cultural Center in Des Peres, Wisconsin, USA.
The opening ceremony was attended by Counselor Ambassador Battushig Zanabazar, the Mayor of Des Peres James Boyd, and the Director of the Cultural Center Marv Wall, as well as over 450 guests, including representatives of the U.S. government, cultural and artistic organizations, and museum members.
The exhibition introduces visitors to the life and history of Genghis Khan, as well as his legacy—the Great Mongol Empire. The display includes a collection of artifacts dating back to the 12th century, which have been exhibited in various countries around the world, making it unique in terms of presenting the nomadic lifestyle and cultural heritage of the Mongols.
Previously, the exhibition was held in Idaho, USA, in 2022 and received positive feedback from viewers. Now it opens its doors again in Des Peres.
Visitors can attend the exhibition "The Real Genghis Khan" from January 31 to May 3, 2026.

The exhibition "The Real Genghis Khan" offers additional entertainment activities, including performances by Mongolian artists. Each performance lasts about 15 minutes and allows visitors to learn more about the cultural and musical traditions of Mongolia.
The exhibition program also includes traditional Mongolian mask dances, live music on authentic instruments such as the morin khuur, yatga, and khuuchir, as well as unique throat singing.
After each performance, the artists will be available for interaction with visitors for 15 minutes to answer questions and share information about their instruments and cultural traditions,” informs the Mulva Cultural Center.
