In accordance with the approved document, the following analyses are planned to identify the risks of premature aging:
- clinical blood test with determination of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and general urine analysis;
- biochemical blood test to assess the levels of ferritin, C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, as well as zinc, magnesium, and tumor necrosis factor in cases where biological age lags behind chronological age by five years or more;
- tests to assess premature activation of metabolism: levels of insulin, glucose, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), as well as testosterone in men and estradiol in women;
- studies on calcium, phosphorus, and alkaline phosphatase levels for early detection of potential musculoskeletal system disorders;
- tests to determine the risks of metabolic disorders, obesity, cognitive function decline, and issues with psycho-emotional state.
All examinations will be conducted in specialized centers for healthy longevity medicine.
