In an interview with Český rozhlas, Zelensky noted that Kyiv is ready to discuss with Russia and the USA in any format. He also expressed hope that Europe would be able to participate in the negotiations, as part of Ukraine's security depends on membership in the European Union and support from the coalition of willing countries.

The President of Ukraine emphasized that a meeting of the three leaders remains a priority. "We must have the opportunity to communicate with the President of Russia in one format or another," he added, specifying that this approach is necessary to reach agreements on territorial issues.

Discussing the current state of peace negotiations, Zelensky noted that it is still unclear whether the process is at the final stage or if there is still much work ahead with other states. He emphasized that the final stage is the most challenging, and it is difficult to assess how close the parties are to an agreement.

Speaking about security, the President of Ukraine expressed hope for receiving guarantees from the USA, where a relevant document has already been prepared, as well as from Europe. He identified a package of measures for the country's reconstruction as an important aspect of future agreements.

Zelensky added that potential investors must be assured that Ukraine will be protected and that wars will not start again, as this significantly affects their willingness to invest in the country.

It was previously reported that at the request of US President Donald Trump, Russia agreed to a temporary halt of strikes on Ukraine until February 1. Trump also mentioned that he received Vladimir Putin's consent to suspend attacks on Ukrainian territories for a week.
