As part of the 20-point agreement, according to Sibiga, the main emphasis is on the fact that this document represents a bilateral agreement between Ukraine and the USA, while a separate document will be prepared for Russia, which will also be signed by the USA. "Currently, this is the scheme being discussed, but negotiations are still ongoing," he added.

Speaking about the role of European countries, the minister pointed to their participation in the peace process and in agreements concerning security guarantees.

"American troops will not be stationed in Ukraine. However, some European partners confirm the presence of their contingents, but this can only happen on the condition of American support," noted the Ukrainian Foreign Minister.

Sibiga emphasized that for the first time in the negotiation process, the term "security guarantees" is being used, which is a significant step compared to "assurances" and other less stringent formulations.
