The Mongolian expansion into Europe occupies an important place in historical research today. The clash of different civilizations, military campaigns, and the exchange of knowledge have attracted the attention of scholars, as well as the formation of a new world order established by the Mongols. Interest in this topic has even increased in regions distant from the countries directly affected by these events. A multitude of new questions and approaches are emerging, and future research will undoubtedly open new horizons.
