Mongolia and the Republic of Korea Discussed Ways to Increase the Number of Visits and Cooperation Projects

On January 26, 2026, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Amartuvshin Gombosuren, held a meeting with Choi Jin-won, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Mongolia. This information was posted on the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the conversation, the Deputy Minister expressed Mongolia's readiness to continue deepening the bilateral "strategic partnership" at all levels. He discussed with the ambassador important aspects such as accelerating mutual visits, implementing joint projects and programs in the current year, as well as improving conditions for the movement of citizens.
Choi Jin-won, for his part, noted his active work in expanding cooperation between Mongolia and the Republic of Korea. He emphasized that mutual visits play a key role in deepening trust, giving practical significance to economic ties, and strengthening friendship between the two nations.
